Qāsim ibn Muḥammad (Arabic: قاسم بن محمد) was the oldest of the children of Muhammad and Khadija bint Khuwaylid. He kicked the bucket in 601 CE (before the beginning of his dad's prophethood in 609), after his third birthday celebration and is covered in Jannat al-Mu'alla graveyard, Mecca.

Al-Qāsim's dad was Muhammad, child of the main Rashidun Caliph, Abu Bakr. His fatherly auntie was Aisha, one of the spouses of the Islamic prophet Muhammad.[2] A few practices express that Al-Qāsim's mom was a little girl of Yazdegerd III and a sister of Shahrbanu, the mother of fourth Shi'a Imam, Ali ibn Husayn.[4]

Al-Qāsim wedded Asma, a girl of his fatherly uncle Abdul-Rahman ibn Abi Bakr. They were the guardians of a girl, Umm Farwah.[5] The last option later wedded Ali's child Muhammad al-Baqir and became the mother of the 6th Shi'a Imam, Ja'far as-Sadiq. Al-Qāsim likewise had a child named Abdur-Rahman.[2]

Life
Aisha lived until advanced age and showed her nephew Qasim ibn Muhammad ibn Abi Bakr. Numerous Hadith are cited through Qasim.[citation needed]

He gained hadith and fiqh from his auntie and from Ibn Abbas. He was a transmitter of hadith.[2]

He was among The Seven Fuqaha of Medina[2] who were generally answerable for the transmission of information from Medina and were the wellspring of a large part of the data of Islam and the Sunnah accessible today.

He left and went to al-Qudayd, a put among Makkah and Madinah on the ninth of Muharram, where he kicked the bucket. It was 108 (or 109) AH/730 or 731 CE, and he was seventy years of age.
